An introducty survey of state, county, and local government with emphasis on Missouri. The course examines intergovernmental relations; poltical parties and interest groups; elections; state, county and city legislatures, executives and courts; law enforcement; financing; policy-making; and the problems of metro areas suburbs and rural communities. PSC 103 complies with the provisions of Section 170.011 RsMO requiring the study of U.S. and Missouri constitutions.
